Carwash Services of Arizona’s management team has decades of experience in the carwash industry.
Prior to entering the car wash industry, Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Montana State University. The next four years he was a high school math teacher and wrestling coach. This experience would later help Tim with the teaching and training of detailers on buffing and service writers on techniques to generate higher ticket sales. Tim entered the car wash market when he formed, along with his partner John Dickens, a very successful chemical sales company (Steel Image Industries, Inc.). Tim helped build Steel Image into one of the area leaders by providing great service to the Arizona car wash operators. In November of 2002, Tim and John merged Steel Image into CarWash Services and took over the Solutions Division.

Jon’s background includes a Degree from New Mexico State University with an emphasis in Science and 10 years as a Science Teacher. In 1999 Jon, with his partner Tim Ryan was instrumental in developing a complete line of car wash and detail chemicals for Steel Image Industries. Steel Images’s commitment to their clients increased business from one customer in the summer of 1999 to over 300, with 40 major car washes. During the next three years, Jon’s focuses also included training carwash owners, managers and detailers on operational procedures. In November of 2002, Tim and John merged Steel Image into Carwash Services and took over the Solutions Division.
TUNNEL INSTALLATION MANAGER
Well known in the Chicago as one of the best conveyor installers in the country. Gino began his career in the car wash industry with Flapan Equipment. After Flapan was sold, Gino spent several years with Fullers Equipment before joining Carwash Services to manage our Arizona Tunnel Installations. Gino has 30 years of experience installing conveyor car wash equipment.
Before joining the Carwash Services team in July 2016 Shannon spent 20 years with Ryko Solutions. During his tender there Shannon held many roles starting as a Field Service Technician in July 1996. Within four years he was moved to a Service Supervisor position. In 2009 Shannon advanced to a Service Manager role and three years later was promoted to the Territory Manager. As the Territory Manager Shannon was in charge of service and installation in 7 states. Prior joining the car wash industry Shannon spent 9 years in the US Air Force.
Mike Lewis started at Carwash Services in 2003. His carwash background comes from years of managing full serve car washes. He developes money generating programs for car washes and detail centers.
He provides customers with sales tools to improve and maximize the profitability of car washes and detail centers.
